What we built
Ark is a decentralized fractionalization platform and investment dashboard designed for Real-World Assets (RWAs). The application bridges tangible financial instruments, yield-generating property rights, and real-world capital pools with on-chain liquidity. Through a compliance-first architecture, Ark allows users to seamlessly mint, trade, and track fractional ownership shares of yield-bearing assets directly from a unified DeFi web interface.
Why
Traditional asset markets—such as high-yield real estate, private credit, and specialized commodities—suffer from extreme illiquidity, massive capital barriers to entry, and complex intermediary layers that exclude regular global participants. Ark lowers these structural barriers by tokenizing these incoming legal cash flows, transforming them into accessible, fractionalized, and liquid DeFi components.
How it works
- On-Chain Tokenization: Verified real-world assets are encapsulated into specialized smart contract wrappers that fractionalize the asset into compliant ERC-20 tokens.
- Yield Distribution Engine: Real-world cash flows generated by the underlying assets are converted and pushed on-chain, automatically distributing stable rewards to token holders.
- Unified Asset Dashboard: A responsive web application connects directly to the deployment contracts, providing users with live data, historical returns, and transparent auditing logs.
