What We Built
OpenLend Vault is a permissionless decentralized vault built on OPN Chain that enables users to securely deposit and withdraw funds without relying on intermediaries. The protocol promotes transparency, self-custody, and open access to financial services through smart contracts.
Why
Traditional financial systems often require users to trust centralized institutions to manage their assets. OpenLend Vault was created to demonstrate how decentralized finance (DeFi) can provide a transparent, secure, and accessible alternative where users maintain full control over their funds.
How It Works
Step 1: Connect Wallet
Users connect their Web3 wallet to the OPN Chain Testnet and access the OpenLend Vault smart contract.
Step 2: Deposit Funds
Users deposit OPN testnet tokens into the vault. The smart contract securely records each deposit on-chain and updates the user's balance.
Step 3: Track Assets
All balances and vault statistics are publicly verifiable through the blockchain, ensuring complete transparency.
Step 4: Withdraw Funds
Users can withdraw their deposited assets at any time. The smart contract validates the balance and transfers the funds directly back to the user's wallet.
