What We Built
A permissionless smart contract project designed to explore decentralized finance and open financial infrastructure on OPN Testnet. HorizonFlow Open Finance Network demonstrates how transparent and accessible financial interaction can be executed directly on-chain through EVM-compatible smart contracts.
The project focuses on creating an open environment for experimentation, enabling participants to interact with blockchain-based financial logic without centralized control.
