What we built
OPN Chain had no way for token holders to hedge or take a directional view on OPN without leaving the chain. We built OPN Perp Lite to fix that, the first perpetuals DEX native to OPN Chain.
Traders open LONG or SHORT positions on OPN/USD with 2×, 5×, or 10× leverage. Collateral stays on OPN Chain. Settlement happens on OPN Chain. Liquidations happen on OPN Chain. No bridges. No wrapped assets. No off-chain settlement.
How it works
A Node.js keeper runs 24/7 on Railway, fetching real OPN/USD price from CoinGecko every 30 seconds and pushing it to OracleKeeper.sol on-chain. PerpEngine reads that price on every trade. LiquidityVault holds the counterparty liquidity traders profit from it, losses go back into it.
When a position hits its liquidation price, the keeper auto-liquidates it and earns a 5% bonus. The rest goes to the vault.
Why OPN Chain is the execution layer, not a label
Remove OPN Chain and nothing works. The keeper writes prices on-chain. Positions are opened and closed on-chain. PnL is settled on-chain. The leaderboard reads realized PnL from on-chain events. Every single piece depends on the chain running.
