What we built
Midas is a permissionless yield + loyalty protocol on OPN Chain. Users stake assets across multiple pools to earn GOLD, claim a merkle-based airdrop, and have every reward boosted by their on-chain reputation (REP) read from their NeoID. No intermediary, no off-chain accounting — staking weight, reward math, and the REP multiplier all settle on-chain.
Why
Most staking apps treat every wallet the same: capital in, yield out. That ignores the thing OPN Chain uniquely exposes — a user's on-chain identity and reputation. Midas turns idle loyalty into a measurable, composable asset: the more trusted your NeoID, the harder your capital works. It's a concrete demonstration of why reputation-aware DeFi needs an identity-native chain.
How it works
Reward emited per user scales with both stake and reputation:
