Phase 1: Q1 2026 – Research & UI Foundation (Completed)
- Design & Layout Setup: Built the core single-page responsive layout utilizing pure HTML5 and CSS3, engineered specifically to replicate the high-fidelity dark/neon style of iopn.io.
- Legacy Dreamweaver Optimization: Refactored the core JavaScript engine into strict ES5 syntax to guarantee maximum cross-platform compatibility and stability.
- On-Chain Baseline: Authored, compiled, and successfully deployed the
SovereignPortalHubcore tracking smart contract on the OPN Testnet via Remix IDE.
Phase 2: Q2 2026 – Authentic Connectivity & Live Alpha (In Progress)
- Live RPC Tracking: Transitioning the dashboard from simulated JavaScript intervals to active Web3 JSON-RPC polling to display real-time live OPN Chain block heights.
- NeoID Wallet Integration: Implementing authentic wallet connection mechanisms for decentralized identity verification via Tria and NeoID portals.
- Public Alpha Launch: Deploying the interactive interface globally on GitHub Pages using the
mustofa2408/iopn-sovereign-portalrepository.
Phase 3: Q3 2026 – Ecosystem Expansion & Project ATLAS Node
- Project ATLAS Suite: Developing a dedicated UI monitoring tab to visualize independent sovereign AI hosting environments running on top of trustless verification layers.
- Custom Analytics Card: Introducing customized identity diagnostic modules allowing users to track their localized data sovereignty stats.
- Partner Onboarding: Collaborating with 3 independent ecosystem builders to test external plugin compatibility within the dashboard framework.
Phase 4: Q4 2026 & Beyond – Mainnet Migration & Open API
- OPN Mainnet Deployment: Migrating the underlying contract telemetry from OPN Testnet to the official OPN Mainnet production chain.
- Developer Open API: Opening public endpoint documentation so other builders inside the IOPn network can pull analytics modules into their own dApps.
- Continuous Updates: Scaling performance to maintain extreme zero-lag scannability even under hyper-congested 100,000+ TPS network spikes.
