What we built
OPN Time Vault is a decentralized time-lock vault built on OPN Chain that allows users to lock OPN assets for a chosen period and unlock them only after the lock expires.
The application provides a simple and secure interface for interacting with an on-chain timelock smart contract while offering real-time vault status, transaction history, explorer integration, and multi-wallet support.
Core features include:

Why
Time-based asset management is a common requirement in crypto. Users, teams, and DAOs often need a simple way to lock funds temporarily for savings, vesting, treasury management, or delayed withdrawals.
Many existing solutions are complex, require multiple contracts, or provide poor user experience.
OPN Time Vault focuses on simplicity:

The project demonstrates how OPN Chain can be used to build practical financial primitives that are simple enough for everyday users.
How it works

User connects a wallet (MetaMask or OKX Wallet).

The application validates the network and loads on-chain vault data.

User selects an amount and lock duration.

Assets are sent to the OPNLocker smart contract and become inaccessible until the unlock timestamp.

The frontend continuously monitors the contract state and displays:
- Locked amount
- Unlock date
- Remaining time
- Transaction history

Once the lock period expires, the user can unlock assets and withdraw them back to the wallet.
OPN Chain Integration
The smart contract is deployed and verified on OPN Testnet and acts as the core infrastructure of the application. Every lock and unlock action is executed entirely on-chain.
This project is not a toy integration—the timelock contract is the load-bearing component of the product and the application cannot function without OPN Chain.
